Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an order confirmation (electronic or otherwise) does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Shipping and Delivery
At the current time, we ship only to the United States, Australia, Canada, Israel, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside these locations, please contact us. Our intent is to ship out orders within 2 business days (subject to availability of product) from the receipt of an order.
Guarantee
It is our desire to deliver a product of the highest quality. If not satisfied, and the product is in its original condition as shipped by us, you may return the product within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price and sales tax if originally charged. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Our maximum liability shall be the refund of the purchase price. A restocking fee may apply to larger orders. All returns must receive prior authorization by us.
Sales Tax
Our site will automatically collect sales tax for deliveries to addresses within the sate of Washington. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales, use, or other taxes on orders shipped to other states or Canada.
